Every training session includes access to our private indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi, allowing you to relax and rejuvenate after working hard. And when you're ready to commit, we offer a fantastic 10% discount for block bookings. Choose from our one-to-one personal training sessions at £30 per hour, or bring a friend and enjoy our two-to-one personal training at £40 per hour, with swim and Jacuzzi access included in both.
